The pioneering distillery nestled in the heart of a macadamia farm and rainforest in Byron Bay’s hinterland, excitedly announces the 2024 release of Barrel Aged Mac. Liqueur. This limited-edition liqueur promises to captivate the senses and redefine the art of indulgence.
Born from the world’s best macadamia nut liqueur, (World Drink Awards 2020 – 2023) this Mac. has been resting in American oak, ex-bourbon casks for several months to reveal a deeper and more decadent version of the buttery macadamia and golden butterscotch nectar.
Some of you might recognise these casks from the recent Cape Byron Whisky release of Mac. Liqueur Cask. And this release of Barrel Aged Mac. will hopefully contribute to the next whisky cask release too.

Just 300 bottles have been released. Sip it like a digestif after a long lunch, stir in over some ice with whisky and bitters for a refined Old-Fashioned or shake it with some espresso and serve it up, martini style.
