InterContinental Hayman Island Resort launches a new series of events, ‘Signature Events at Hayman’ with an inaugural ‘Elevate Wellness Weekend’ from 27-30 October 2023. Renowned for its stunning natural beauty, Hayman Island will provide an idyllic setting for guests to enjoy an immersive luxury experience with a curated program designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit.

The Elevate Wellness Weekend is a tailored 3-day program in partnership with wellness outfit, ‘Vibrate Your Mind’, where guests will be immersed in a transformative journey towards holistic wellness and serenity with sound, music, yoga, meditation and breathwork practices.
Guests can choose a sunrise or sunset hike, connect to nature in the morning with a rainforest meditation, participate in an island escapade, snorkel the surrounding coral gardens or simply soak up the pristine beaches.
Over the course of the weekend, guest facilitators including former INXS frontman and Grammy award nominated songwriter, Ciaran Gribbin, world leading meditation facilitator and recording artist Susan Quirke, sound healer and kinesiologist Matty Rainbow and renowned yogini Seriya Cutbush, will run a series of experiences, workshops, and events.
Susan will lead the sunrise and sunset meditations, Matty and Seriya are facilitating sound healing, breathwork and yoga experiences, and Ciaran is offering the opportunity for a one-on one song writing session and will perform INXS songs in an ‘Intimate and Unplugged’ session.
The focus on wellness extends to the culinary offering with guests dining on bespoke menus with an emphasis on fresh produce, healthy eating and sustainability and there will be special offers in the resort’s newly opened Elemis Hayman® Spa.
Elevate Resort Package Weekend packages start from $4,199 per room for single occupancy or $6,399 for double occupancy in a king lagoon ocean view room and includes accommodation, breakfast daily in Pacific Restaurant, return luxury airport cruise transfers from Hamilton Island Marina, access to all workshops, speakers and events, and a curated wellness menu for lunch and dinner.
Ultimate Elevate Resort packages start from $5,199 per room for singles or $7,699 for double occupancy in a one-bedroom pool ocean view suite, in addition include a Hayman Signature Spa Treatment, 60-minute massage and Island Escapade experience on a self-guided journey.
