Buckle up, because Berry Motorfair will be making its triumphant return on Sunday 24 November 2024. This year, the event will be held at the Coolangatta Estate Winery, reflecting its growing popularity and commitment to providing an even more spectacular experience. Berry Motorfair will continue its support for crisis support and suicide prevention organisation, Lifeline Australia and is proud to announce its partnership with the Starlight Children’s Foundation, aiming to raise $150,000 for these vital services.
Berry Motorfair will feature over 100 classic, collectible, and cool cars, set against the picturesque backdrop of the Shoalhaven regions’ most-awarded winery. Attendees can look forward to an array of stunning vehicles, including the Ferrari F40 and Enzo, rare Porsches, Pagani, McLarens, muscle cars and race cars. Alongside the automotive showcase, the event promises to kick things into overdrive with live music, charity auctions, giveaways, and a pit stop for a delightful selection of food and wine, making it a perfect day out for families, friends, and car enthusiasts.
In its first two years, Berry Motorfair has raised over $200,000 for Lifeline Australia, thanks to the incredible support from the community. This year, the event aims to reach new heights with a target of $150,000. The funds will help Lifeline ensure that no-one has to face their darkest moments alone as well as help Starlight to brighten the lives of seriously ill children and young people through their vital hospital programs.
“We are incredibly excited to bring Berry Motorfair back for another lap, and this time at an even larger venue to accommodate our growing audience,” says Jordan Tang, Founder of Berry Motorfair. “What started as a small community event has blossomed into a major highlight on the calendar for car enthusiasts and families alike. The new venue at Coolangatta Estate Winery will help us deliver an unparalleled experience while raising much-needed funds for Lifeline and Starlight.”
“The true spirit of Berry Motorfair is all about community and connection,” Tang continues. “It’s not just about showcasing the impressive cars but also about creating a space where people can come together, meet new people, and support a vital cause. We’re eager to welcome everyone back this November for a day of fun and philanthropy.”
“We are honoured to continue our partnership with Berry Motorfair,” says Colin Seery, CEO of Lifeline Australia. “The funds raised ensure that Lifeline’s critical crisis support and suicide prevention services are accessible to anyone in need – anytime, anywhere. The Berry Motorfair team has shown remarkable dedication to our cause, and we look forward to another successful event. Together, we can ensure that no one faces their darkest moments alone.”
Kirsty Beed, Starlight State Partnership Manager for NSW adds, “Being seriously ill shouldn’t mean missing out on the joy of childhood. Especially when evidence shows happiness makes a difference to a child’s ability to cope and their long-term health outcomes”.
“The work Starlight does to bring happiness to seriously ill children is only made possible through the generosity of the local community and partners like Berry Motorfair. It’s an honour to be supported by this incredible community event and we can’t thank everyone enough for helping us brighten the lives of sick kids and their families”.
