Set to take place on Thursday 27 June 2024, this ticketed launch event will mark the beginning of a series of sophisticated dining events throughout July, highlighting the art of non-alcoholic winemaking.
Your unforgettable evening begins with a warm welcome at the Henry Lawson Gate, where you’ll be greeted with a refreshing glass of ALTINA Bubbles. As you make your way to the venue, choose between a scenic stroll through the lantern-lit gardens or a convenient buggy ride.
Upon arrival, join Botanic Head Chef Em for an interactive rice paper roll masterclass, where you’ll learn the art of crafting these delicious treats while enjoying flutes of Altina Sparkling Brut. To top off the experience, personalize your own label for a bottle of Altina’s Sparkling Brut – a unique memento to take home and remember this special evening.
The event will be hosted by Louella Mathews, Australia’s No. 7 Wine Influencer and Leading Sommelier, alongside ALTINA’s visionary, Dr. Christina Delay. Guests can expect a mouth-watering share menu including Crispy battered chilli squid, Coral trout steamed in lotus leaf, Five spice beef short ribs, yellow curry, chimichurri (gf) to name a few. All perfectly paired with an ALTINA beverage.
