For one night only, on 4 February starting at 6pm, enjoy an exquisite six-course menu created by Luke, inspired by the rich traditions and flavours of Lunar New Year.

Begin your evening with a specially crafted mocktail with Lychee and Kalamansi on arrival before experiencing a menu filled with dishes symbolizing success, togetherness, and happiness.

• “Fortune” Spanner Crab “Riêu” Soup – A delicate tomato broth with abalone and fish maw.
• “Treasure” Braised Pork Ravioli – A flavourful creation with yam taro, lotus chips, and Luke’s signature master stock.
• “Auspicious” Steamed Blue Spotted Coral Trout – Served with sawtooth coriander and lobster bisque, accompanied by “Opulence” Golden Fried Rice with king prawn, egg floss, and “Chả lụa.”
