Trinity Curated Wellness, a new urban sanctuary dedicated to holistic wellness and longevity in Fortis’ South Melbourne development, Thomson House. Facilities and treatments include a hot-cold therapy circuit in a Roman-inspired bathhouse, LED lounge, as well as diverse group classes, including yoga, breathwork, meditation, candlelit yin classes and a carefully curated group of medical and holistic therapists.

Trinity’s expert team works closely with each client to create a personalised journey towards optimum health. More than just a venue for drop-in treatments and classes, Trinity offers a wellness concierge service, providing personalised guidance and support through each client’s wellness journey.

At the helm is Founder and Director Trinity Scarf, who draws on her 25-year career in marketing communications spanning sectors including fashion, lifestyle, tourism, and health. Her passion for holistic living and dedication to improving the well-being of others inspired her to found Trinity Curated Wellness.

“Throughout my life and career, I’ve sustained a deep interest and curiosity about different wellness practices and modalities,” she shares. “At Trinity, I’ve curated treatments and experiences I’ve most benefited from and invited in-house and guest experts I admire to create personalised journeys for our clients.

South Melbourne will be the first in a series of Trinity Curated Wellness sanctuaries in the pipeline, all within beautiful Fortis developments. I can’t wait to see our first Trinity community come to life; in today’s busy world, Trinity is intended to offer everyday moments of respite and be a place where people can feel truly seen, heard and nourished.”

Experts

A unique part of the Trinity offer will be a rotating roster of resident health experts, curated to deliver broad and evolving wellness modalities to clients. These modalities will include functional medicine, breathwork therapy, nutritional therapy, kinesiology, holistic health coaching, reiki and massage.

Trinity is also delighted to welcome NIIM (National Institute of Integrative Medicine) for an exclusive residency. NIIM’s expert practitioners combine conventional and functional medicine for optimal health and wellness, offering Trinity clients a comprehensive approach to longevity-focused wellness.

Guided Classes

The boutique movement studio, featuring south-facing windows and access to a garden terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass, will host guided classes in yoga, hot yoga, mat pilates, breathwork, and meditation. Sessions will accommodate groups of up to 16 participants and in spring and summer, the lush rooftop will become an additional space for guided classes, offering clients fresh air and views of the city skyline and Albert Park Lake.

The interiors at Trinity are serene and luxurious. Fresh, neutral tones combined with natural materials such as Australian oak, travertine and stone, create a grounded atmosphere. Mottled-render walls in warm tones provide the backdrop for a stunning gallery of bespoke pieces created by artist and close friend of Trinity, Jessie Breakwell, throughout.

Rich, plush furnishings invite guests to unwind, further elevating the sense of relaxation. Every design decision contributes to well-being, establishing Trinity Curated Wellness as a true sanctuary for body and mind.

Fortis Senior Development Manager Jordan Winada, who led the Thompson House project and worked closely with Trinity Scarf to bring the offering to life, shares, “Trinity Curated Wellness brings a game-changing experience to Thomson House, benefiting not just its occupants but the entire community. By integrating top-tier amenities such as this, Fortis continues to elevate both residential and commercial projects, meeting the demand for wellness as an essential feature.”
