Ring in Lunar New Year in style, culinary mastermind Dan Hong, together with Crazy Rich Asians actor Remy Hii, have joined forces to launch a modern luxe rendition of an age-old title game at the Johnnie Walker Blue Label Mahjong Club.

Taking over Merivale’s Bridge Street icon, Est. for one day only on Saturday 17 February, the iconic due will invite Sydneysiders to bring in The Year of the Wood Dragon by trying their hand at the fast-paced tile game, along with an auspicious menu of reimagined delicacies made by Dan’s modern fusion fair paired with bespoke cocktails.
