Unrushed Experiences is a degustation of the senses event for overworked professionals to undo the damage of “busy”.

In a world drowning in speed and starving for stillness, it’s an opportunity for guests to unwind, untangle and be present for a night.

It’s a five-course degustation dining designed by MasterChef’s Reynold Poernomo, world-class live music, Q&A with special guest storytellers and entertainment.

Chawamushi, scallop, smoked bonito bone jus, soy cured ikura and finger lime – followed by sourdough & butter

Beef wagyu rump cap with daikon pickled, artichoke puree, smoked beef jus, charred shallots and bone marrow

Milk & honey – milk gelato, bee pollen, milk & honey meringue, citrus compote
