International Coffee Day is on the 1 October 2019 and Tia Maria has announced Sydney’s first ever dedicated coffee cocktail masterclass. Guests can shake and stir extravagant cocktails at Sydney’s ultimate speakeasy, Eau De Vie.
Tia Maria Ambassador, Danilo Migliorini will teach you how to ‘shake & stir’ the most delicious coffee cocktails. Celebrating coffee cocktail culture in Australia, you can try their hand at making 3 different cocktails; the signature Tia Espresso Martini, Twisted Tia and Espresso Zabaione.
What goes better with coffee than dessert? As such, Eau De Vie’s chefs have created a bespoke dessert menu to accompany each cocktail.
Guests will also get to enjoy their own drinks made by the cocktail connoisseurs at Eau De Vie while enjoying the class.

The Tia Espresso Martini has been the classic evening pick-me-up since its creation in the 1980s. It’s as delicious today as it always always has been.
- 25ML TIA MARIA
- 25ML VODKA
- DOUBLE OR SINGLE SHOT OF ESPRESSO
- 5ML OF SUGAR SYRUP
Fill a martini glass with ice and set aside to chill. Pour Tia Maria, vodka and espresso into a cocktail shaker. Fill the rest of the shaker with ice. Shake the ingredients together. Empty the martini glass of ice. Pour in the contents of the shaker using a strainer and sieve into the glass. Finish with three coffee beans.
