Once again the The Gantry Restaurant & Bar’s Wine Dinner Series will be collaborating with Black Star Pastry, with a focus on the Orange wine region paired with Swinging Bridge Winery.
Picture a four-course set menu with a matching wine offer, teaming up with Sydney’s favourite patisserie; Black Star Pastry, a decadent menu on display. An evening with Executive Chef, Chris Irving, Black Star Pastry Chefs, Eddie Stewart and Samuel Yeo, along with Swinging Bridge.
Perched on the water’s edge, beside The Harbour Bridge, the venue provides the perfect spot to celebrate artistry and Australian heritage.
A cherished affair and a chance for guests to meet attuned foodies with a mutual appreciation for broad wine styles and quality ingredients.

Famous for their mouth-watering desserts, the team at Black Star Pastry are incorporating some of their finest breads, pastries and cakes throughout the evening, working closely with Irving to devise unique menus each month. Eddie Stewart remarks:
“It’s wonderful to see an international chef such as Chris be so passionate about local New South Wales produce and wine, and I feel this really speaks the diverse range and quality that we are fortunate enough to have in New South Wales. All the producers involved share similar values, priding ourselves on quality and sustainability and what better place that this iconic location at Pier One looking over the Sydney harbour.”
The collaboration will come together once again on Wednesday the 24th of June from 6:30pm. Tickets are $130 per person and bookings are essential.
