In March, I headed to The Freedom Hub in Waterloo for an evening with country singer Ben Mastwyk for a six-course degustation dinner with matching wines. Both Chef Dylan Cashman’s and sommelier Angelica Nohra, the duo hosted an amazing intimate pop-up dining experience, offering a taste of what to expect when Blue Door comes to life.
“The Blue Door offers a great opportunity for like-minded foodies to enjoy an evening out eating delicious food and wine, allowing Chef Dylan Cashman to showcase the wonderful produce we have available in Australia in a unique way” says Angelica.
Returning to the table, Blue Door Hospitality will take up residency at Orto Trading in Surry Hills. For only three weeks before their Blue Door opens. Join them every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night from 29 April – 15 May 2021, from 6pm to 9pm.
What’s on the table? They will be serving great local produce and delicious Australian wines. With an exclusive three week tasting menu on offer, the only thing you need to do is gather your friends and family and make a booking.
