The Blue Door concept brings awareness and connection to the incredible produce Australia has to offer, encouraging meaningful conversations, and discovering interesting wines and talented Australian musicians.
In the lead up to Chef Dylan Cashman’s opening Blue Door with his partner and sommelier, Angelica Nohra, the duo will host a couple of pop-up dining experiences, offering a taste of what to expect when Blue Door comes to life.
On Wednesday 24 March, Dylan and Angelica will take over The Freedom Hub in Waterloo and create a six course degustation with matched wines and an intimate performance from country singer/songwriter, Ben Mastwyk.

For those that don’t know, Ben Mastwyk is a a prolific songwriter steeped proudly in country roots, Mastwyk has travelled the long highways of America’s south penning tales and poems as playful and amusing as they are dark and heartbreaking.
This memorable evening will be hosted at The Freedom Hub in Waterloo, a for-profit cafe that rescues children, women and men from modern day slavery across Australia. The full menu will be posted a week out from the event, but you can expect a strong focus on quality ingredients sourced from some of the most trusted producers in NSW.
