Chef Luke Mangan has recently launched Sydney’s newest bottomless brunch onto the CBD food scene at glass brasserie in Hilton Sydney; Sunday Brunch With Luke.

The restaurateurs flagship brasserie launched its original five-course Sunday brunch at $75 per person sharing accompanied by bottomless Aperol Spritz and French Rosé for two-hours.

Special $10 CBD parking for Sunday Brunch goers and bookings from 11:30am – 3.30pm every Sunday

What’s on the menu Chef?

Salmon rillettes, pickled cucumber, crumpets
Zucchini flowers, beetroot hummus, gorgonzola, corn, soft herbs
Crab omelette, okonomiyaki, bonito, nori, Japanese mayonnaise
Spatchcock, pancetta, sage, parmesan, carrot
Key lime pie, meringue
