It is not often we see open bisexual women in the Australian media or music scene, with stigmas still existing around identifying as bisexual, in and outside of the LGBTQI+ community. Joining Brooke Blurton and Abbie Chatfield in a similar mission of inclusivity and complete honesty, PENELOPE is the mainstage singer that audiences have been waiting for.
While you might remember her from The Voice in 2020, PENELOPE has since fronted and organised the bisexual float for this year’s Sydney Mardi Gras, and is a bicon down on Oxford street, regularly doing intimate shows for local fans.
