Margarita Mansion at Bungalow 8 Sydney

Bungalow 8

Bungalow 8 is giving Sydneysiders a taste of a Mexican paradise with the launch of the Margarita Mansion. The Mexican fiesta takeover will serve up flavoured frozen margaritas, bottomless taco brunches, a roaming Guac Cart and live entertainment throughout the summer (Nov 2019 – Jan 2020).

Guests will be transported to a Mexican beachside haven in one of the nine white curtained cabanas, the ideal spot to unwind in and enjoy the waterfront oasis. Taking inspiration from beaches found along the Mexican coast, the cabanas feature brightly coloured Aztec cushions on wooden and thatched chairs, creating the ultimate getaway feeling.

Margarita Mansion’s frozen cocktail menu will be the perfect choice to cool down from the summer heat with six different natural fruit flavours paired with herbs including, Bhang Bhang (strawberry and lemongrass), Sexico (watermelon and basil), Mango Fuego (mango and jalapeno), Pineapple Mansion (pineapple and mint), Loco Coco (coconut and pandan), Tequila Thyme (grapefruit and thyme). A standard frozen drink will be available for $18 or $24 for a Mega Frozen, which can be enjoyed amongst friends.

For those visiting on the weekend, diners can feast on Margarita Mansion’s Bottomless Brunch which includes endless tacos and margaritas for two hours, $60 per person from 1pm or 3pm. No Mexican fiesta would be complete without a side of guac – Bungalow 8’s must try Guac Cart will move its way around the venue to make freshly smashed guacamole tableside, served with tortilla chips for $14.

Rounding out the fiesta for the summer is the venue’s big New Year’s Eve party themed Day of the Dead. Dance the night away with a line up featuring the hottest local DJ talent headline by A-Tonez & Helena Ellis. Early bird tickets on sale now for $29pp, limited allocation remaining.

With the introduction of Bungalow 8’s new order at table experience, all diners need to do is scan the QR code to see the visual menu to order and pay from their phone. All drinks and food will be brought straight to diners, no need to leave their seat.

Relax by day and party by night at Bungalow 8’s Margarita Mansion and turn Sydney summer into a Mexican fiesta.
