Margarita! The classic margarita is a delicious party staple that everyone should know how to make. The recipe is easy to make (and remember) and doesn’t have any added sugar. Enjoy this classic margarita on the rocks or frozen.
Salsa Verde Margarita
50ml 1800 Reposado Tequila
10ml Triple Sec
2 Large Pineapple Chunks
6 Fresh Coriander Leaves
2 Fresh Basil Leaves
10ml Agave Nectar
30ml Lime
Pinch Salt
Method
1. Add all ingredients into a shaker, crush pineapple
2. Shake with ice for 10 seconds
3. Strain over ice in a short glass
4. Garnish with oven-baked pineapple skin
Spicy Margarita
30ml Cointreau
30ml Blanco Tequila
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
2 slices Jalapeño
2 slices Fresh Cilantro
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice and shake well until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass.
4. Garnish with a jalapeño pepper
Summer Margarita
30ml Cointreau
30ml Tequila
20ml Lime
4 Fresh Strawberries
1 bar spoon Sugar Syrup
Method
1. Rim the glass with some fleur de sel.
2. Combine Cointreau, Tequila, lime and strawberries in a shaker with ice.
3. Muddle it, shake it, strain it and serve it.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig on the top of your glass to bring some freshness.
Oaxaca Chilli Margarita
40ml Mezcal
20ml Cointreau
15ml Rhubi Rhubarb Liqueur
10ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup
Pinch Chilli Flakes
30ml Lime Juice
Method
1. Add all ingredients into the shaker
2. Shake with ice for 10 seconds
3. Strain over ice in a tall glass
4. Garnish with a rhubarb slice
Grilled Watermelon Margarita
30ml Cointreau
30ml Tequila
30ml Fresh lime juice
15ml Grilled watermelon syrup
15ml Fresh grapefruit juice
Method
1. To make grilled watermelon syrup: Cut watermelon into slices and grill until both sides of the watermelon have grill marks.
2. After letting cool, blend with simple syrup and then fine strain.
3. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
4. Shake and fine strain over ice into Tajin-salted rocks glass.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Roasted Strawberry Margarita
30ml Cointreau
30ml Mezcal
30ml Fresh lime juice
60ml Roasted strawberry purée
Method
1. To make roasted strawberry purée: Remove strawberry tops broil-char in the oven. Let cool—place in blender. Fine strain.
2. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
3. Shake and fine strain over ice into a rocks glass.
4. Garnish with lime and roasted strawberry.
Frozen Watermelon Margarita
30 ml Cointreau
30ml Blanco Tequila
30ml Fresh Lime Juice
20 ml Watermelon Syrop
7 Ice Cubes
Method
1. To make watermelon syrup: Add 1/2 cup of cubed watermelon and 1/4 cup of simple syrup to blender and puree.
2. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend to combine.
3. Pour into Margarita glass rimmed with chilli salt. Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge.
Tommy’s Margarita
50ml Cazcabel Blanco
25ml Lime Juice
20ml Agave Syrup
Lime Wedge
Half a chilli
Method
1. Pour Cazcabel Blanco, lime juice and agave into a Boston glass
2. Shake and strain into a fresh glass with crushed ice.
3. Garnish with a wedge of lime and half a chilli.
Cointreau Classic Margarita
30ml Cointreau
30ml Tequila
30ml Fresh lime juice
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice and shake until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass.
4. Garnish with a lime slice and salt rim.
Patrón Classic Margarita
45ml PATRÓN Silver
30ml PATRÓN Citrónge Orange (or Cointreau)
25ml Fresh juice
2 Limes
Salt rim (optional)
Method
1. Create a salt rim if you want
2. Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice to chill.
3. Strain onto fresh ice in a tumbler (short glass) and garnish with a lime wedge.

50ml Patron Silver Tequila
10ml Monin Coconut
10ml Monin Mango
30ml Lime Juice
Garnish: Coconut & Black Lava Salt Rim
Method
1. Rim glass with lime & desiccated coconut mixed with black lava salt.
2. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
