Located on the Lookout level of the Sydney Harbour Bridge South East Pylon, BridgeClimb will be serving up a sky-high culinary experience in collaboration with leading Australian restaurateur and Chef Luke Mangan.
Luke’s Table at the Pylon Lookout promises a plateful of spectacular Sydney Harbour and skyline views, featuring the iconic Opera House and a unique view of the Harbour Bridge.
The dinner will include a signature three-course menu by Luke Mangan and his team, featuring the finest and freshest Australian ingredients, paired with Penfolds wines, including their signature, Grange. A maximum of one glass of wine will be served per course to adhere to safety requirements in the Pylon Lookout & Museum.
Launching in November, Luke’s Table at the Pylon Lookout will see up to 20 guests seated at a long, communal dining table where they will enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime intimate dining experience as the sun sets over Sydney Harbour, which guests can watch from the wrap-around viewing deck.
The night also provides guests with a few unique BridgeClimb touches. As they make their way up the 200 steps through the historic Pylon, a BridgeClimb climb leader will give a guided tour so guests can immerse themselves in the Bridge’s history ahead of the unique and elevated dining experience 87 metres above sea level.
BridgeClimb CEO Deb Zimmer is thrilled to be launching the first restaurant in the Pylon Lookout & Museum with Luke Mangan. “Luke’s Table at the Pylon Lookout is a fantastic example of two industries, tourism, and hospitality, innovating to offer people a world-first dining experience. I am delighted to be working with Luke, a leader of the hospitality industry who passionately supports both industries’ road to recovery.”
Restauranteur and chef Luke Mangan is excited to deliver a unique dining experience for Sydneysiders. “We are ecstatic to be partnering with BridgeClimb to create such a memorable experience at such a special location that Australians have not seen before. This unique restaurant concept is a fantastic way for us to continue to showcase the food and hospitality that the team is renowned for.”
