Matt Preston, award winning food journalist, best-selling author, co-host and judge of MasterChef Australia, will host a one-of-a-kind Johnnie Walker whisky tasting and dinner experience at The Star’s BLACK Bar & Grill at 7pm, Tuesday 4 June. Preston will be joined by Katie Nagar, Johnnie Walker’s Australian whisky ambassador, and Dany Karam, Executive Chef at The Star’s BLACK Bar & Grill, who has curated a three-course menu of fresh and flavoursome ingredients that pairs perfectly with the rich Johnnie Walker Whisky portfolio. The three hosts will talk diners through the menu and flavour profiles of the whisky servings throughout the evening, encouraging guests to enjoy the exploration and appreciation of the incredible flavours. The menu will feature:
