Open to both ticket holders and the general public from Monday 15 – 18 May, the Glenfiddich Valley of the Deer Disco & Bar will host guests who can indulge in unique cocktails, and drams, and dance the night away, enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of one of the most exciting fashion events of the year with some of Australia’s hottest DJs.
Glenfiddich, which translates to valley of the deer, will transform the industrial backdrop of the Blacksmith’s Workshop at Carriageworks as Scottish greenwoods are surrendered to sparkling disco balls, lounge booths and multiple social media photo moments.
Throughout the week guests will be able to experience a range of DJs playing at the Valley of the Deer Disco with sets from:
Monday: Eve Speciall
DJ Eve Speciall has become a leading force in the fashion and music scenes around the globe. The model/DJ has always danced to the beat of her own drum (or should we say discs?). She got her Australian Fashion Week break as the Iced Vovo in Romance Was Born’s legendary 2009 show. It’s a compelling combination and one that has high fashion houses clamouring: Speciall DJs for Chanel, Miu Miu, Valentino, Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana, Cartier and Givenchy, touring America DJing for M.A.C and is one of Vogue’s resident DJ’s. She held the music director title for Hong Kong Fashion Week for 5 years, and loves nothing more than setting the musical vibe at a fabulous event.
Tuesday: Charlie Villas
Charlie Villas is one of Australia’s favourite party starters and most in-demand DJs. A vibe maker and dance floor legend. A master of combining styles in unexpected ways. Think disco meets Prince, the iconic sounds of the Paradise Garage and other legendary New York clubs, the vibrant energy of Glitterbox merged with 80s boogie; and a global infusion that transports you to the best house party you’ve ever been to.
Wednesday: Atomic Kiss
With music taste as eclectic as their fashion choices, Atomic Kiss love mixing everything from driving house classics to the latest dance-floor divas to get a crowd moving. Hailing from London and Wollongong but discovering their mutual love of DJing through Sydney’s fabulous queer clubbing scene, this power couple has made fast progress in their past few years of mixing together, being invited to play at heaps of their favourite festivals and parties, both in Australia and internationally. When they’re not on the dance floor themselves, expect to find these club kids behind the decks at hotspots across Sydney and wherever the glitter trail leads, blurring eras and genres to guarantee a good vibe.
Thursday: Estee Louder

Revered for her ability to seamlessly blend between the realms of disco, house and techno, her DJ sets take listeners on a memorable and energetic journey.
