The team behind the cheeky lo-carb and local alcohol brand doozy have been busy over the Winter months, starting with the recruitment of another Sydney Swans player – Isaac Heeney – joining the doozy team. Heeney joins teammates and co-founders Ollie Florent and Will Hayward – in their quest to make this summer a doozy for fun-loving Aussies everywhere.
Doozy is making this possible by adding Watermelon to its Seltzer line-up and expanding its core range by releasing two new Vodka Soda RTDs: Twisted Lemon and Wild Raspberry.
The entire range is sugar-free and uses natural flavours to create a zesty and refreshing taste, making them the perfect beverage for picnics or parties, taking you from going from chilled afternoons to balmy nights.
Will Hayward, a co-founder of doozy, said, ‘The best thing about doozy is that it is deliciously uncomplicated and aligns perfectly with young Aussies’ tastes and attitudes – fun and light-hearted.’
Doozy is officially kicking off summer this Saturday, 17th December from 4 pm at the Harbord Hotel in Freshwater with a special DJ set from Alex Hayes.
The good times don’t stop there with Harbord Saturdays x Doozy at the Harbord Hotel and Doozy Sundays at The Clovelly Hotel rolling out all through summer months – so whether you’re winding down for the weekend or winding up just because, doozy has you covered all summer long.
Hayward added, ‘At the end of the day, we all just want to celebrate the lighter, fun side of life, and this is why doozy is the go-to drink this summer, and we hope everyone enjoys the new flavours as much as we do.’
Doozy was founded in 2021 by Sydney Swans players Will Hayward and Ollie Florent, along with Harry Hayward and the highly respected brand agency Richards Rose before launching in early 2022.
Doozy is available in over 40 venues and bottle shops across Sydney and nationally via Boozebud. From January, the range will be turning up across the massive ALM network of venues and bottle shops across NSW and Australia, making it much easier to try and enjoy.
