Bombay Sapphire French 75
30ml Bombay Sapphire
20ml Fresh lemon juice
1-2tsp Caster sugar
60ml Prosecco
Lemon
Method
• Add all ingredients except Prosecco into a cocktail shaker and stir to dissolve sugar
• Fill with ice and shake until frosted on outside
• Strain into a champagne flute and top with Prosecco
• Twist lemon peel and place in glass to garnish

45ml Bombay Sapphire
100ml Premium Tonic Water
Fresh Raspberries
Mint
Method
• Build in a wine glass and fill with ice
• Slap mint to release aroma and build in a wine glass over ice
• Add raspberries & mint
Bombay Sapphire Sunset – Rose Negroni
30ml Bombay Sapphire Sunset
30ml Lillet Blanc
10ml Campari
Juice of 1 Orange wedge
Method
• Add all ingredients into a mixing glass or cocktail tin
• Fill with ice and stir to dilute and chill (approx. 20 seconds)
• Strain into a rocks glass over a block of ice. Garnish with orange slice
Bombay Sapphire Sunset – Afternoon Mimosa
30ml Bombay Sapphire Sunset
15ml Fresh Orange Juice
5-10ml Fresh lemon juice
1 heaped tsp Orange Marmalade
60ml Prosecco
Method
• Add all ingredients except Prosecco into a cocktail shaker. Roughly stir through the marmalade
• Fill with ice and shake until frosted on the outside
• Fine strain into a champagne flute
• Top with Prosecco and garnish with an orange twist
Bombay Bramble Royale
30ml Bombay Bramble
20ml Fresh lemon juice
1-2tsp Caster sugar or 1 tsp honey
60ml Prosecco
Lemon or strawberry
Method
• All add ingredients except Prosecco into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake hard until frosted on the outside
• Fine strain into a champagne flute
• Top with Prosecco and garnish with a lemon twist or strawberry
The Bramble
60ml Bombay Bramble
30ml Fresh lemon Juice
2tsp Caster sugar
Method
• All add ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake hard until frosted on the outside
• Strain into a tumbler
• Fill with ice and garnish with a lemon wedge
Green Apple & Thyme Gin & Tonic Twist
50ml Bombay Sapphire
100ml Premium tonic water
1 Green apple
1 Fresh thyme or lemon thyme sprigs
Method
• Place freshly cut green apple slices and sprigs of thyme into the bottom of glass
• Add gin and swirl allowing flavours to subtly infuse
• Fill glass with ice and top with tonic water
• Gently stir to combine and finish with an apple slice and sprig of thyme
