Coogee Pavilion, the vibrant lifestyle destination overlooking one of Sydney’s most iconic beaches, has introduced an exciting programme of free events and activities, for all ages. Just like the beachside venue itself, Coogee Pavilion’s programme will celebrate the great things in life – friendship, family, fun and food – all within splashing distance of the spectacular ocean view.
Nail Bar by the Sea: Coogee Pavilion has partnered with Ella Baché Coogee to offer complimentary manicures to all guests every Wednesday, 9.00am-11.30am. Ensuring that the nail polish used is as organic as possible and not harmful to the many new mothers and young babies that enjoy the beachside venue, FABY Nails was chosen to deliver this brilliant new service. Styled in Italy, FABY Nails offers 205 colour shades and treatment products that are all cruelty free and made without any nasty chemicals.
Celebrating Dad: Coogee Pavilion will be celebrating fathers all month long with a series of events held every Sunday in September:
- 6th: Father’s Day ‘Dad–Athlon’ – including games, dad joke challenge, nappy changing races and a pizza eating.
- 13th: Eco-build – Fathers and children can work together to create weird and wacky sculptures using recycled material, prizes for the most creative.
- 20th: Dads and Daughters Day – including free manicures for girls, photo booths and dress ups.
- 27th: More fun activities to be announced
Every Sunday in September, Coogee Pavilion will also be providing complimentary hair trims and shaves for all dads, 9am-12pm, thanks to Barbers on Bikes.
Taste of Coogee Festival: Coogee Pavilion is once again a proud supporter of the Taste of Coogee Festival and pizza maestro Vincenzo Biondini will serve up his wood-fired creations, alongside homemade gelato at the annual beachside food extravaganza on Saturday 20 September.
October School Holidays: The beloved games area will be transformed into a holiday paradise, with free activities for kids daily – from pizza making to yoga and circus skills. Gold coin donations will be collected in support of Ronald McDonald House.
Santa Claus surfs in: In the lead up to Christmas, the big guy in the red suit will back in his favourite chair having a whale of a time meeting, greeting and posing for festive photos. A photographer will be onsite to capture the best moments, with all photos then uploaded to the Coogee Pavilion Facebook page for guests to share.
What are you up to for Father’s Day?
