Taking over Sydney’s newest International Convention Centre (ICC) in Darling Harbour from Fri 28 – Sun 30 April is the 2017 Fitness Show. This is where superfoods and super people check out the latest health trend, nutrition advice, all the #activewear you can imagine, equipment and all the eye candy you can muster.
I’m no health buff (or even buff to any degree), but I have fell into a slump with my fitness routine. BUT I’m all for insider tips and help to motivate myself back into training, whether be it at a health club or the apartment gym.
On Sat 29 April, I’ll be heading to the Fitness Show with the amazing Sophie Benbow. Inspired by health, fitness and wellbeing, Sophie’s dedication to healthy recipes is one of a kind – sure we laugh a lot about #isthisvegan (insider joke). Finding balance with the food we choose to eat and exercise is key to nourish our mind, body and soul.
