UPDATE: Due to the extreme weather conditions across Sydney and beyond, it is with great disappointment that Christmas Winter Wonderland has made the hard decision to no longer proceed with the ten day event which was to be held at The Entertainment Quarter in Moore Park this July from the 8th to the 17th July, 2022.
Having already postponed by a week, it was becoming extremely difficult to facilitate a safe and fun event for all. With many suppliers and attraction providers not able to travel to Sydney due to being stuck in flood affected areas.
Any patron currently holding a ticket to Christmas Winter Wonderland will be issued a full refund via Moshtix on behalf of Christmas Winter Wonderland for all of the main attractions within The Show Ring, including Festival Currency.
All however is not lost, patrons are still able to enjoy some of the attractions of Iceland with the Snow Play, Ice Slide and Ice Skating Rink still going ahead, under cover, sheltered from the rain. Grab your winter warmers and rug up before taking to the ice where you can learn to skate with our friends from Stars on Ice or building a snowman in the Snow Play area.
Those who currently hold tickets and session times for Iceland’s Ice Skating, Ice Slide and Snow Play will still be able to attend these attractions from the 8th through to the 17th July, 2022. For anyone still wishing to enjoy Iceland, bookings are essential, for those that are a little wobbly you can hire a Penguin or book in for a lesson. Visit here to book your session of choice.
