InterContinental Sydney announced the expansion of its Club InterContinental offering, with an exclusive after-hours Supper Club. Supper Club is an upscale, sophisticated experience, catering to guests looking to relax and unwind with bespoke cocktails, French champagnes, and delectable dining with spectacular Sydney views.
With the advice of renowned bar and nightlife experts, Grasshopper, they have created a truly unique dining and beverage service within the exclusive space of the existing Club InterContinental. Whether craving a night cap, post-Sydney Opera House performance or late night unwind with friends, Supper Club is sure to deliver.
Launching this month, Supper Club will open from 9pm, Wednesday to Saturday and is available for Club InterContinental members, hotel guests, and invited others. Access to Supper Club will be provided upon arrival at the hotel’s concierge reception, with prior reservations essential.
Club InterContinental is situated on the top floor of InterContinental Sydney, offering sweeping views from the Sydney Harbour Bridge, across the Royal Botanic Gardens, and out to the Heads. Guests will enjoy all the space has to offer in a relaxed, lounge setting with the truly breathtaking view from Sydney’s highest balcony bar.
With 27 champagnes on the menu, ranging from Taittinger to Duval, Leroy to Ruinart. The crafting of the cocktail list has been inspired by local produce and flora; a list that respects classic favourites whilst delivering new and modern creations.
