This year’s Caravan Camping Holiday Supershow will open this Tuesday bringing together over 260 exhibitors, thousands of caravan and camping products and services and heaps of fun for visitors young and old.
Taking in 37,264 sqm of space at Rosehill Racecourse, the Supershow offers six days of the State’s most comprehensive display of caravans, motorhomes, campervans, slide ons, camper trailers, tents, camping equipment, 4WD and touring accessories.
“People continue to love getting out and exploring our backyard and caravan and camping offers the quintessential Aussie holiday with a multitude of destinations and a myriad of choices from bush to beach and beyond,” CCIA CEO Lyndel Gray said.
“There are currently more than 830,000 recreational vehicles registered in Australia, and 180,000 in NSW alone, with 50,000 new vehicles entering the Australian market in the past 12 months. Caravan and camping holidays are particularly popular in NSW where visitors spent more than 17 million visitor nights in a caravan or camping accommodation last year.”
