Bungalow 8 & Untied

Untied Bungalow 8

Two of Sydney’s leading harbourside bars have transformed their garden’s into snowy winter wonderlands. Bungalow 8 and Untied on King Street Wharf, giving Sydneysiders the ultimate Après Ski experiences, without stepping out of Sydney.

At local institution Bungalow 8, guests enter through the eye-catching light adorned archway and follow the tree- lined path to reach the six vintage-cool cabins, decked with faux fireplaces, stacked timber, cosy warm throws, and feature walls displaying old-school skiing photographs.

Diners can book groups of 4-8 people and indulge in the new Woodlands Cabin Menu, feasting on rich and warming flavoured woodfire pizzas served hot and fresh from the garden’s wood-oven like pork sausage and camp fire mushrooms or fried chickpeas and almond ricotta topping. Additionally, they can cosy up with winter snacks including campfire scallops and oysters, skillet s’mores and warm cherry wood smoked hummus. All can be enjoyed alongside a selection of Grey Goose Cocktails inspired by the French Alps including Grey Goose Le Grand Fizz with St Germain elderflower & Grey Goose Alpine Iced Tea with honeymead, blueberries and rosemary.

A Grey Goose Nitro Expresso Martini bar has also popped up in the winter woodlands garden at Bungalow 8, where diners and partygoers are able to experiment and garnish their own Expresso Martini. There are a range of sweet toppings to choose from including hazelnuts, candyfloss, dark chocolate and marshmallows.

Over at the neighbouring rooftop bar, Untied, Sydneysiders escape to a luxury ski resort set-up, with flutes of champagne from Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial and Glenmorangie smoking whisky cocktails. New winter menu features indulgent snacks like golden-honey dripped chicken wings and Glenmorangie Signet Whiskey crème brulee waffle cones.

Relax by day and party by night, the Ski Après experiences at both Bungalow 8 and Untied offer Sydneysiders the ultimate winter getaways in the heart of the Sydney.
