Sydney is getting its very first BarbieTM Afternoon Tea over the Winter school holidays.
It is exactly what we’ve been missing in our lives with our kids. The BarbieTM Dreamtopia Afternoon Tea will be held on weekdays from Monday 28 June to Friday 9 July at The Langham Sydney. It’s is a great way to enjoy the morning or afternoon of indulgence and a dream; from whimsical unicorns, a princess having tea, to a fantasy filled with fairies.
Kids are encouraged to dress up in whatever they like – from tutus, fairy wings and princess crowns – before enjoying plenty of treats including BarbieTM fairy bread, rainbow cupcakes, strawberry rice bubble crackles, mermaid donuts and unicorn cake pops.
To balance the sugar intake, there will also be double smoked ham and cheese vol-au-vents, poached chicken mousse with chive mayonnaise on crisp brioche crostini, strawberry scrolls and children’s favourite; golden potato gems with tangy tomato purée.
There will be three sittings a day throughout the Winter school holidays: 11am – 1pm, 1pm – 3pm and 3pm – 5pm.
$78 per child which includes one Barbie Afternoon Tea, one Barbie doll and a colouring activity. Children under 4 years old can dine complimentary and will also receive a Barbie doll and colouring activity. Adults will be served The Langham Afternoon Tea including a glass of sparkling wine and tea or coffee for $98 per person.
