What you’ll need
- Cocktail shaker
- Loads of ice
- Fancy glasses
Beet It
Ingredients
45ml Aviation American Gin
30ml Beet Juice
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
7ml Kummel Liqueur
Rosemary Sprig
Method
1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake, then strain into a chilled Luigi Bormioli Jazz Champagne Coupe Glass.
3. Garnish with Rosemary Sprig.
Hugo’s Martini
Ingredients
45ml Aviation American Gin
15ml Dry Vermouth
1 Dash Orange Bitters
Lemon Peel
Method
1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir, then strain into a chilled Luigi Bormioli Mixology Martini Glass.
3. Garnish with Lemon Peel.
Negroni Upgrade

20ml Bitter Aperitivo Liqueur
20ml Sweet Vermouth
Orange Twist
Method
1. Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.

3. Garnish with Orange Twist.

30ml Sweet Vermouth
2-3 Dashes Orange Bitters
