Vote independant local Australian designers

The Australian Fashion Council (AFC) partnered with Lustr to launch a voting campaign that brings our emerging curated labels to your fingertips.

Labels include; Autark, Vincent Li, Harlow, Millicent Elizabeth, Lois Hazel, Kholo, Remuse, Allora Capes, Gehrich, Avila… and more!

The real question is: how does your opinion help a label grow? Can your vote make a label more sustainable?

Emerging designers lack the “big data” and multiple open customer dialogues that large labels invest manpower and money into, which are essential for making smart business decisions. This voting campaign uses the power of technology to bring that information to independent labels. Your votes will help designers understand what you love, and even what you dislike – it’s a step towards reducing wasted inventory and resources, allowing them to more sustainably plan their future collections.

Voters will be placed in the running to win a Lustr x Curated designer gift pack. All voters will also receive a special voucher to be used online. The designer with the most votes will be awarded an intensive business strategy session with Saskia Fairfull – Founder of the Independent Fashion Advisory Board – to help them make the most of what they have learnt from your input!

How does that sound?

So lets’ recap: Support independent local Australian designers as part of the Australian Fashion Council Curated program – through a digital voting campaign. Click on the link here and vote.

On the voting page, there are 10 Australian independent labels. Each label has put up 6 designs. Vote either Like, Dislike, or Favourite on all 6 looks. You can choose one favourite per designer.

Why do these count? These votes provide crucial consumer insight that helps the designers better understand their customers and plan future collections with less waste.
