Signature dishes including linguine with WA scampi, chilli and fresh vine-ripened cherry tomatoes; slow-cooked lamb shoulder on smoked eggplant pure, roasted capsicums and rosemary potatoes served with veal jus; and crispy skin knifes fillet with king prawns, roasted cherry tomatoes, braised fennel and saffron sauce.
