High Tea in NSW Parliament House

High Tea

With gorgeous garden views over The Domain and the opportunity to dine in a room steeped in history, there’s nowhere quite like NSW Parliament House to enjoy High Tea.

Once a month, Parliament House opens its doors to a room usually reserved for members of Parliament, visiting dignitaries and even royalty, and serves an exquisite High Tea on their bespoke Wedgewood china.

Executive Chef David Learmonth incorporates some of NSW’s finest produce to create a scrumptious feast of sweet and savoury delicacies including Berkshire pork terrine with fennel and an olive gel, blue swimmer crab cake, red velvet and white chocolate swiss roll, and macadamia scones served with vanilla cream and house jam.

Reservations fill up fast so don’t miss out on this truly unique opportunity to dine in Australia’s first and oldest Parliament.
